Concetta Codding is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, expressive arts therapist, and founder of Living Kula, a community dedicated to creativity, connection, and holistic well-being. Her classes weave together the grounding stillness of Yin, the fluid strength of all-levels Vinyasa, and the restorative resonance of sound healing, often featuring the gong. Known for her intuitive guidance, gentle assists, and carefully curated soundscapes, Concetta creates spaces that invite students to slow down, soften, and rediscover balance.
Her approach is deeply inspired by the natural world, where she finds wisdom in the seasons, the forests, and the rhythm of the earth. This love of nature, combined with her background in expressive arts therapy, shapes her teaching into a practice that is both creative and reflective. She encourages students to connect more deeply with themselves and their surroundings.
Through Living Kula, Concetta offers yoga classes, expressive arts workshops, and retreats that celebrate community and authentic connection. She invites students to embrace yoga as a pathway to presence, creativity, and wholeness.
Outside the studio, Concetta can often be found biking, hiking, photographing the beauty of the natural world, or spending time with her two cats—all practices that continue to root her in joy and presence.
